Prof. Peter Rådström representing LTH at the Global Food Safety and Technology Forum 2016 presented the Dynahmat concept. The Conference was hosted by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) with the purpose to to enhance synergy among all food safety stakeholders to embark on science-and-technology driven collaborative initiatives. This was a result from previous visits to Hong Kong where the DynahMat Project and concept been presented before.
